1.
Consumer should
execute NEFT/RTGS from their bank within 2
days of creating this Challan and before the due date, post which funds may be
refunded and required service may not be rendered.
2.
Payable
amount mentioned in this Challan is only applicable for the due month's bill
payment and before the due date.
3.
Transaction
amount and account number should be an exact match with the transaction amount
and account number mentioned on this Challan otherwise the transaction will be
treated as an invalid transaction. Also do not round off the transfer amount
even for the second decimal place.
4.
Consumer should
not initiate multiple NEFT/RTGS by breaking
the amount in more than one part. Such payments will be treated as invalid
transactions and required service will not be delivered.
5.
For
Invalid Transactions, any refund/reversal will be credited in the same bank
account through which the payment is made.
6.
It
is remitter's responsibility to ensure that their bank account is enabled for
incoming NEFT/RTGS in case of refunds.
7.
HDFC
Bank customers can visit branch with this Challan to make the payment through
Cheque. The Customers can also initiate the payment through ECMS mode available
in the Fund Transfer option of HDFC Net Banking.
8. Other
Bank Customers can also make payment through RTGS/NEFT by visiting their
respective bank branches with the Challan or through their Net Banking under
Third Party Transfer mode.
9.
Consumers can also use above mentioned Beneficiary details to add JDVVNL as a
beneficiary in their respective Net Banking for regular online payments to
JDVVNL.
